Several things can happen when a prophecy is a true prophecy. For example:
- It is possible to witness God intervene.
- It is possible to recognize similar patterns to past prophecies from God.
- It is possible to recognize a consistency overall
- It is possible to recognize a synchronization of events at the same time.
- It is possible that God grants more details as a prophecy gets closer to come to pass.
- It is possible to be reminded of the prophecy when it is witnessed to come to pass.

Those things do not necessarily happen when a prophecy is true, but they CAN happen when a prophecy is true.

You can find more details below:

It is possible to witness God intervene:

When a prophecy is from God, it is possible to witness God intervene in order for the prophecy to come to pass (whether outside or inside of us).

Such intervention, if outside of the person, are especially to note when the person could not have done anything themselves to stir the event for it to go one way or another by their own direct action. If for example it would be entirely out of the person's control, and it ended up going toward the direction of the prophecy, it can be of note.

God can also intervene within the person to stir the person up to go a certain direction instead of another. It is written: "God is the (One) working in you both the wanting and the working, for (His) good-pleasure" (Philippians 2:13). We have to see if what we want or work seems to match what God may work within us. It may be possible to notice that the grace of God may not be available for a certain task for example, as if going a certain direction may be dry in a sense. If so, we may want to still look for the what the right understanding of the prophecy is, as it is not automatic to understand prophecies too, and an incorrect understand can lead to an incorrect leaning.

It is possible to recognize similar patterns to past prophecies from God:

In a prophecy, a pattern of a past event can be mentioned so that the audience can pay attention to how that past event happened, and expect a similar pattern to be recognized in that new prophecy.

In a similar way, when a prophecy is from God, it is possible to recognize similar patterns to past prophecies from God taking place

This can be explained from the fact that the Spirit of God functions in recognizable patterns which are similar from His past patterns. It is written that "Jesus Christ (is) the same yesterday and today and to the ages" (Hebrews 13:8). Even Jesus functions in similar patterns yesterday today and to the ages, so that we may recognize His ways.

It is possible to recognize a consistency overall:

Truth is consistent in itself. One test of truth is the test of consistency.

When a prophecy is from God, it is possible to recognize a great consistency overall: from the context (direct and higher one), to the precepts assumed by the form presented, to the diverse signs interacting with one another as in a story.

It is possible to recognize a synchronization of events at the same time:

When a true prophecy is coming to pass, it is possible to recognize a synchronization of events at the same time. As if the events had been happening so as to look almost... orchestrated

For example: it is written that a man came to Jesus saying that his "little-daughter is at-the-point-of-death. (I beg) that having-come, You-lay (Your) hands on her in-order-that she-may-be-restored and live”." (Mark 5:23). And as Jesus was going there, "(a) woman, being with (a) flow (of) blood (for) TWELVE YEARS" (Mark 5:25) touched His garment and got healed. After this, Jesus continued and reached the little daughter, and healed her as requested, and it is written that "immediately the little girl stood-up and was-walking around, for she-was TWELVE YEARS (old)" (Mark 5:42).

It is possible that God grants more details as a prophecy gets closer to come to pass:

When a prophecy gets closer to come to pass, it is possible that God grants more details to the ones concerned by it.

For example: it is written about Jesus in Mark 8 that He said: "the Son (of) Man must suffer many (things), and be-rejected by the elders and the chief priests and the scribes, and be-killed, and rise-up after three days" (Mark 8:31). Then in Mark 10, as the prophecy got closer to come to pass, more details were granted, as Jesus then said at that time: "the Son (of) Man will-be-handed-over (to) the chief priests and the scribes. And they-will-condemn Him (to) death, and will-hand Him over (to) the Gentiles. And they-will-mock Him and spit-on Him and whip Him and kill (Him). And after three days, He-will-rise-up”" (Mark 10:33-34).

It is possible to be reminded of the prophecy when it is witnessed to come to pass:

When a prophecy from God is witnessed to come to pass, the person can be reminded of that prophecy

For example: it is written that Peter said (when he witnessed a prophecy come to pass): "at my beginning to-speak, THE HOLY SPIRIT FELL UPON THEM just-as also upon us at (the) beginning. AND I-REMEMBERED THE WORD (OF) THE LORD, HOW HE-WAS-SAYING, ‘John baptized (with) water, but you WILL-BE-BAPTIZED WITH (THE) HOLY SPIRIT!’" (Acts 11:15-16).

Another example: it is written that Jesus said: "Destroy this temple, and in three days I-will-raise it" (John 2:19), "that (One) was-speaking about the temple (of) His body. So WHEN HE-WAS-RAISED from (the) dead (ones), HIS DISCIPLES REMEMBERED THAT HE-WAS-SAYING THIS, and believed the Scripture, and the word which Jesus spoke" (John 2:21-22).

Jesus said that the Holy Spirit will remind us His disciples of what He said: "THE HOLY SPIRIT, Which the Father will-send in My name, that (One) will-teach you all (things), and WILL-REMIND YOU OF EVERYTHING WHICH I SAID (to) you" (John 14:26).

Such is especially to note if someone:
- Was not thinking at all about the prophecy, and did not have it in their mind at all when they witnessed the event (that is, they may even have almost forgotten it).
- Was suddenly reminded to them when they saw the event.
- Perceived at that moment a great consistency between the prophecy and the event witnessed.
- Was lead to perhaps understand better or for the first time the initial prophecy.
If such appear, there can be a great deal of probability that such prophecy may have been reminded to them to recognize that it is from God.
