People having a gift of prophecy:
People having a gift of prophesy are able to prophesy from God.
Paul wrote about "having DIFFERENT GIFTS according-to the grace having-been-given (to) us, (exercise them accordingly): whether PROPHECY, in-accordance-with the proportion (of your) faith" (Romans 12:6-7).
Paul described that someone can have a gift of "PROPHECY" (Romans 12:6), but not everyone may have that gift, as he wrote about having "DIFFERENT GIFTS" (Romans 12:6), to which the gift of prophecy is one of them.

Prophetesses can be described as being able to prophesy from God.
It is written about "DEBBORA, a PROPHETESS [prophétis 4398 in Greek], the WIFE of Lapidoth" (Judges 4:4), that "SHE SAID to him, “THE LORD, the God of Israel COMMANDED YOU, has He not? And you will depart to Mount Thabor, and will take with yourself ten thousand men from the sons of Naphtali and from the sons of Zebulun. And I will bring to you Sisera [the] captain of the army of Jabin, and his chariots, and his multitude to the brook of Kison, and I WILL DELIVER HIM INTO YOUR HANDS”" (Judges 4:6-7).
It is written about "OLDA the PROPHETESS [prophétis 4398 in Greek] the MOTHER of Sellem" (2 Kings 22:14) that "SHE SAID to them, “THUS SAYS THE LORD, the God of Israel, ‘Say to the man having sent you to me, “Thus says the LORD, ‘Behold, I bring evil upon this place, and upon the ones dwelling in it, all the words of the scroll which the king of Judah read" (2 Kings 22:15-16).

It is written: "AS THE SPIRIT RESTED UPON THEM, then they PROPHESIED, although they never did so again" (Numbers 11:25).
It is written about Saul that "THE SPIRIT OF GOD LEAPED UPON HIM, and he PROPHESIED" (1 Samuel 10:10).
It is written: "THE SPIRIT OF GOD CAME UPON the messengers of Saul, and they PROPHESY" (1 Samuel 19:20).

It is written about "Every MAN praying or PROPHESYING" (1 Corinthians 11:4).
Women:
Women can be described as being able to prophesy from God.
It is written about "Every WOMAN praying or PROPHESYING" (1 Corinthians 11:5).
Young men:
Young men can be described as being able to prophesy from God.
Jeremiah was a young man and yet he was considered to be a prophet (and thus called to prophesy), as it is written: "the word of the LORD came to me, saying [...] “I have appointed you a PROPHET to the nations.” And I said, “O Master LORD, behold, I do not know how to be speaking, for I AM YOUNG!” But the LORD said to me, “STOP SAYING, ‘I AM YOUNG,’ for you will go to all, whomever I shall send you" (Jeremiah 1:4-7) and thus we then read about "Jeremiah PROPHESYING" (Jeremiah 20:1).
It is written in Acts 2: "your SONS and your daughters WILL-PROPHESY" (Acts 2:17).
Young women:
Young women can be described as being able to prophesy from God.
It is written in Acts 2: "your sons and your DAUGHTERS WILL-PROPHESY" (Acts 2:17).
Later in Acts 21 it is written about "four virgin DAUGHTERS PROPHESYING" (Acts 21:9).
Unbelievers:
Unbelievers can be described as being able to prophesy from God.
Someone who did not believe in Jesus, Caiphas, was able to prophesy from God. is written: "some of them went to the Pharisees and told them (the things) which JESUS did. So the chief-priests and the Pharisees gathered together (a) council. And they-were-saying, “What are-we-doing? Because this man is-doing many signs! IF WE-TOLERATE HIM IN-THIS-MANNER, EVERYONE WILL-BELIEVE IN HIM, and the Romans will-come and take-away both our place and nation”. But (A) CERTAIN ONE OF THEM, CAIAPHAS, being (the) high-priest (of) that year, said (to) them, “You do not know anything, nor do-you-consider that it-is-better (for) us that one Man die for the people, and the whole nation not perish”. Now he-did not say this from himself, but being (the) high-priest (of) that year, HE-PROPHESIED THAT JESUS WAS-GOING TO-DIE FOR THE NATION" (John 11:46-51).
Balaam, a pagan, was able to prophesy something from God, as it is written: "BALAAM son of Beor SAYS, the person, the one seeing truly says, hearing the words of God, knowing knowledge from the Most High, and having seen a vision of God in sleep; his eyes having been opened. I will point out to him, but not now; I consider him blessed, but he does not draw near: a star will rise out of Jacob, a person will arise out of Israel; and will crush the leaders of Moab, and will spoil all the sons of Seth" (Numbers 24:15-17).
Angels from God:
Angels of the Lord can be described as being able to prophesy from God.
It is written: "(AN) ANGEL (OF THE) LORD appeared (to) him, standing on (the) right (side of) the altar (of) incense. And having-seen (him), Zechariah was-frightened, and fear fell upon him. But THE ANGEL SAID to him, “Do not be-fearing, Zechariah, because your prayer was-heard. And your wife Elizabeth will-bear you (a) son, and you-shall-call his name John. And there-will-be joy and gladness (for) you. And many will-rejoice over his birth" (Luke 1:11-14).
It is written: "THE ANGEL GABRIEL WAS-SENT-FORTH FROM GOD to (a) city (of) Galilee (for) which (the) name (was) Nazareth, to (a) virgin" (Luke 1:26-27), "And THE ANGEL SAID (to) her, “Do not be-fearing, Mary. For you-found favor with God. And behold, you-will-conceive in (your) womb and give-birth to (a) son. And you-shall-call His name Jesus. This (One) will-be great, and will-be-called ‘Son (of the) highest’. And (the) Lord God will-give Him the throne (of) David, His father" (Luke 1:30-32).
An animal (such as a donkey):
An animal, such as a "DONKEY" (Numbers 22:28), can be described as being able to prophesy from God.
It is written: "God opened the mouth of the DONKEY, and she SAYS to Balaam, What have I done to you, that you have struck me this third time?" (Numbers 22:28).
